1. Service description
NanthAI Edge is a native iPhone AI application that provides chat, personas, optional memory, scheduled jobs, file handling, and connected tools. Some capabilities depend on third-party services that you choose to connect, including OpenRouter and external providers such as Google, Microsoft, Notion, or Apple Calendar.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use the app and create an account in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
3. Your content and connected services
You retain rights to content you submit to NanthAI Edge, such as prompts, uploaded files, persona definitions, and settings. You grant NanthAI the limited rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that content so the app can function.
If you connect third-party providers, you authorize NanthAI Edge to access and act on the data and resources necessary for the features you enable. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect those accounts and use their content.
4. OpenRouter and other provider terms
Edge may rely on third-party model or integration providers. Your use of those providers may also be governed by their own terms and policies. For example, model access through OpenRouter and connected-provider actions through Google, Microsoft, Notion, or Apple infrastructure remain subject to the applicable provider rules.
5. Purchases, entitlements, and refunds
Paid iOS features are sold through Apple. Billing, refunds, and restore flows are handled through Apple's systems and policies. NanthAI Edge may enable or disable premium functionality based on the current entitlement state we receive from the platform.
Some features are intentionally Pro-gated. If a purchase is revoked or refunded, access to those features may be removed and related data, such as premium memory data, may be deleted in line with the product design.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Edge for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use connected integrations in ways that violate provider rules or third-party rights.
- Do not upload or generate content you do not have the right to use.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, stale, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to rely on them. Edge is a tool, not a guarantee of accuracy or professional advice.
8. Product changes
Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We may update the app, adjust access, or change how specific integrations work as part of product development.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for NanthAI, connected providers, or other users. You may stop using the app at any time and can request account deletion through support.
10. Liability disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanthAI Edge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that provider integrations will remain available at all times.
11. Governing documents

12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the product, integrations, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Edge after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
