# NanthAI Edge Terms of Service

This document mirrors the public Terms of Service for NanthAI Edge at `https://nanthai.tech/terms`.

## 1. Service description

NanthAI Edge is a native mobile AI application with chat, personas, optional memory, scheduled jobs, file handling, and connected tools.

Some capabilities depend on third-party services users choose to connect, including OpenRouter and external providers such as Google, Microsoft, Notion, or Apple Calendar.

## 2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be legally able to use the app and create an account in their jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for account activity and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.

## 3. User content and connected services

Users retain rights to content submitted to NanthAI Edge, such as prompts, uploaded files, persona definitions, and settings.

Users grant NanthAI the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit content so the app can function.

If users connect third-party providers, they authorize NanthAI Edge to access and act on data/resources needed for enabled features. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to connect those accounts and use that content.

## 4. OpenRouter and other provider terms

Edge may rely on third-party model or integration providers.

Use of those providers may also be governed by provider terms and policies. This includes OpenRouter model access and connected-provider actions through Google, Microsoft, Notion, or Apple infrastructure.

## 5. Purchases, entitlements, and refunds

Paid features are sold through platform stores (Apple App Store and Google Play).

Billing, refunds, and restore flows are handled by each platform's systems and policies.

NanthAI Edge may enable or disable premium functionality based on current entitlement state received from platform signals.

Some features are Pro-gated. If purchase is revoked or refunded, access may be removed and related data (for example premium memory data) may be deleted according to product design.

## 6. Acceptable use

- Do not use Edge for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with service
- Do not use integrations in ways that violate provider rules or third-party rights
- Do not upload or generate content you do not have rights to use

## 7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, stale, or inappropriate.

Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to rely on them. Edge is a tool, not a guarantee of accuracy or professional advice.

## 8. Product changes

Features may change, be added, or removed over time.

NanthAI may update app behavior, access, or integration implementations as part of product development.

## 9. Suspension and termination

NanthAI may suspend or terminate access if users violate Terms, misuse service, or create risk for NanthAI, connected providers, or other users.

Users may stop using app at any time and can request account deletion via support.

## 10. Liability disclaimer

To maximum extent permitted by law, NanthAI Edge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

NanthAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or continuous integration availability.
