Connect Google Drive and Calendar, Manual Gmail, Microsoft, Notion, Slack, Cloze, and Apple Calendar directly to your AI.

Read and send emails, browse cloud files, manage calendar events, search Notion pages and databases — all from within any chat, persona, or scheduled job.

## How it works

1. **Connect a provider** — Go to Settings and connect Google Drive/Calendar, Manual Gmail, Microsoft, Notion, Slack, Cloze, or Apple Calendar.
2. **Use integrations in chat** — Once connected, your AI can read emails, browse files, check calendars, and search Notion — right from any conversation. Just ask.
3. **Assign to personas and tasks** — Give specific personas or scheduled tasks access to your integrations. Your code reviewer persona can browse your repo docs; your assistant can check your calendar.

## What you can do

- **Read and send emails** — Access Outlook through Microsoft and Gmail through Manual Gmail app-password setup.
- **Browse cloud files** — Search and read OneDrive documents, and use Google Drive through explicit Picker/OnePick file selection.
- **Manage calendar events** — View upcoming events, find free slots, create new events, and manage your schedule across Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, or Apple Calendar.
- **Search Notion** — Search and read Notion pages and databases. Cross-reference your team wiki, project docs, or personal notes in any chat.
- **Works with search** — Combine integrations with web search. Your AI can cross-reference internal documents with external research in the same conversation.
- **Works with scheduled tasks** — Automated tasks can access integrations. Build pipelines that check emails, browse files, and update calendars on a schedule.
- **Secure connections** — OAuth providers store revocable tokens. Manual Gmail uses a Google app password stored in Convex's encrypted-at-rest database and removable at any time from Settings.
