Organise conversations into folders and find anything instantly.

Create named folders with custom colours, move chats in bulk, filter the sidebar by folder, and search across all conversations by title or content.

## How it works

1. **Create a folder** — Tap "New Folder" in the sidebar. Give it a name and pick a colour. Folders appear at the top of your conversation list.
2. **Move conversations in** — Long-press any chat (or use the action menu) and move it to a folder. You can also select multiple chats and move them in bulk.
3. **Filter and search** — Tap a folder to see only its conversations. Use the search bar to find chats by title or content — across all folders or within one.

## What you can do

- **Named, coloured folders** — Create as many folders as you need. Each gets a custom name and colour so you can visually distinguish your work, personal, and project chats.
- **Custom folder colours** — Pick from a range of colours for each folder. The colour shows in the sidebar and on the folder badges throughout the app.
- **Bulk move operations** — Select multiple conversations and move them all to a folder at once. Reorganise quickly without tedious one-by-one moves.
- **Filter sidebar by folder** — Tap a folder to instantly filter the conversation list. See only what's relevant right now.
- **Search across everything** — Full-text search works across all folders. Find any conversation by title or content, no matter where it's filed.
- **Conversations stay synced** — Folder assignments sync across all your devices. Organise on your phone and see the same structure on your tablet or desktop.
- **Unfiled section** — Conversations that aren't in any folder appear in the "Unfiled" section — nothing gets lost, everything has a place.
- **Scheduled folder** — When an automated task creates a conversation, it lands in the system-generated "Scheduled" folder automatically. It sorts to the bottom and stays out of your way on mobile.

- Keeping work and personal chats separate — creating a "Work" folder for project discussions and a "Personal" folder for everything else.
- Managing research projects — dedicating a folder to each project so you can instantly find related conversations.
- Cleaning up after a busy week — selecting all the chats you no longer need and moving them to an "Archive" folder.
- Onboarding to a new topic — searching across all folders to find previous conversations about the same subject.
